How to get these two files from Instagram
Instagram app β Settings and activity β Accounts Center.
Your information and permissions β Download your information.
Choose Download or transfer information β select your account β Some of your information.
Under Connections, pick Followers and following.
Set Format to JSON, date range All time, then create the file.
When it's ready (can take a while), download the ZIP, unzip it, and find followers_1.json and following.json inside the followers_and_following folder.
Drop both here. The HTML-format export also works if that's what you have.
